A specialized solution is injected into spider veins or smaller varicose veins, causing them to collapse and fade. Ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy is also available for deeper veins not visible on the surface.

An FDA-approved microfoam injection that treats varicose veins above and below the knee. No incisions, no heat, and no general anesthesia required.
Varicose veins and spider veins affect a significant portion of adults across the country. According to the Society for Vascular Surgery, approximately 24% of adults in the United States have visible varicose veins, and 6% develop chronic venous disease that can lead to leg swelling, skin discoloration, and venous ulcers if left untreated.
Applied to Power Ranch’s population of approximately 20,000, that means roughly 4,800 residents may have visible varicose veins and approximately 1,200 could be living with chronic venous disease.
Power Ranch is a master-planned community in southeast Gilbert, with a population that includes many young families and working professionals. While vein disease is more common in older adults, it can develop at any age, especially for people with a family history of varicose veins, those who stand or sit for extended periods at work, or women who have had multiple pregnancies. Arizona’s heat also contributes, as high temperatures cause veins to dilate and increase the sensation of heaviness in the legs.

Spider vein treatment costs depend on the number of veins treated and whether the procedure is cosmetic or medically necessary. When insurance covers the treatment, out-of-pocket costs are typically limited to copays. Elite Vein Clinic provides a clear estimate during your free evaluation.
No. Swimming is actually one of the best exercises for vein health. The water pressure supports circulation, and the horizontal body position reduces gravitational pressure on leg veins. Power Ranch residents can continue swimming at community pools before and after vein treatment.
Spider veins on the face are caused by sun exposure, genetics, aging, and hormonal changes. Arizona residents are especially susceptible due to intense UV exposure. While facial spider veins are typically cosmetic, treatment options like sclerotherapy and laser therapy can effectively reduce their appearance.
Varithena is often covered by insurance when used to treat varicose veins that cause medical symptoms such as pain, swelling, or skin changes. Our billing team handles all insurance verification before treatment.
