Dr. Jaime French

Lead Practitioner

Dr. Jaime French is a physician specializing in phlebology and the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. She provides care for patients with varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, leg swelling, heaviness, aching, and other symptoms related to poor venous circulation.

Dr. French is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and earned her medical degree from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She later practiced at HonorHealth Emergency Departments throughout the Valley, where she developed extensive experience with ultrasound-guided procedures, vascular evaluation, and complex medical conditions.

At Elite Vein Clinic, Dr. French focuses on minimally invasive, image-guided vein treatments designed to address the underlying cause of venous disease while allowing patients to return to normal activity with minimal downtime.

Dr. Olaide Abiodun

Dr. Olaide Dr. Olaide Abiodun is a physician specializing in phlebology and the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. She cares for patients with varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, leg swelling, heaviness, aching, and other symptoms related to poor venous circulation.

She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and brings more than a decade of clinical experience treating complex medical conditions across hospitals in Ohio and Arizona. Her broad medical background provides a strong foundation for evaluating patients with underlying health conditions that may contribute to or complicate chronic vein disease.

At Elite Vein Clinic, Dr. Abiodun focuses on personalized, minimally invasive vein treatments designed to address the underlying source of venous symptoms while helping patients improve comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Abiodun combines advanced phlebology care with individualized treatment planning and patient education to help each patient feel informed and confident throughout their treatment.

Dr. Karem Colindres

Vein Specialist

Dr. Karem Colindres brings unmatched versatility and dedication to every patient encounter. With a medical career that began in 2007, she completed her pediatric residency at the prestigious University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital, followed by an elite fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Her training also included extensive adult trauma and emergency rotations at Saint Joseph’s Trauma Center and Valleywise (formerly Maricopa County), making her uniquely skilled in both pediatric and adult emergency care.

From her years as a frontline attending at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center to her more recent roles in aesthetic, occupational, and concierge medicine, Dr. Colindres has consistently delivered high-quality, compassionate care. Whether managing complex workplace injuries, performing advanced urgent care procedures, or personalizing beauty and wellness treatments, she prioritizes both precision and patient comfort.

Her reputation is backed by strong endorsements from leading physicians, including the former Chief of Pediatric Emergency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Known for her warm bedside manner, Dr. Colindres combines advanced medical skills with a deep understanding of individualized care, making her a trusted provider for patients from all walks of life.

Michelle Banuelos

PA-C

A proud Arizona native, Michelle Banuelos, PA-C, earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with honors from the University of Arizona before completing a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.

She began her career in primary care before specializing in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and building meaningful relationships with her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, being with family and friends, reading, staying active, and exploring all that the Phoenix area has to offer.

Angelica Alcala

MSN, FNP-C

Angelica is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, with honors from Northern Arizona University. With nearly 10 years of experience in healthcare, she has cared for patients in a variety of clinical settings, including emergency medicine, neuro-cardiac progressive care, family medicine, and medical weight management. She has experience caring for patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Angelica is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and is dedicated to helping patients improve their vascular health and quality of life through comprehensive, personalized vein care.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, staying active, and traveling.

Stella Bitzaya

Lead Ultrasound Technician

Hi, I’m Stella Bitzaya, the Lead Ultrasound Technician at Elite Vein Clinic. I’ve been with the company since November 2023, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while doing work I truly enjoy.

I earned my certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Arizona Heart Foundation School of Ultrasound. I chose ultrasound because I wanted a career that allowed me to combine healthcare, technology, and problem-solving while making a positive impact on patients’ lives. I love that every day brings new challenges and opportunities to help people feel heard and cared for.

As Lead Ultrasound Technician, I’m excited to continue supporting our patients, mentoring our ultrasound team, and helping maintain the high standard of care that Elite Vein Clinic is known for.
