Arizona native Michelle Banuelos, PA-C, specializes in diagnosing and treating chronic venous insufficiency. After beginning her career in primary care, she found her passion in vein care, combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she is dedicated to helping every patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout treatment.

Dr. Karem Colindres has been practicing medicine since 2007 and brings extensive experience in emergency medicine, aesthetics, and patient-centered care. With advanced training from the University of Miami and years caring for both pediatric and adult patients, she is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to delivering personalized vein treatment.

Dominique Lekander, MSN, FNP-C, brings nearly a decade of nursing experience and advanced training to Elite Vein Clinic. After completing her graduate education with honors and training at Mayo Clinic, she developed a passion for treating venous disease. She is committed to providing exceptional, patient-focused care that helps patients achieve healthier legs and improved quality of life.

Angelica Alcala, MSN, FNP-C, has nearly 10 years of healthcare experience caring for patients in emergency medicine, family medicine, and vascular health. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides compassionate, personalized vein care focused on improving circulation, relieving symptoms, and helping patients regain confidence in their daily lives.

Registered Nurse Jessica Moody has specialized in aesthetic vein treatments since 2017 and has performed hundreds of successful spider vein procedures using sclerotherapy and thermolysis. She is dedicated to helping patients eliminate the appearance of unwanted spider veins while providing a comfortable, supportive treatment experience.

I’m Darcey Ortiz, a vascular ultrasound technologist. I graduated from West Coast Ultrasound Institute in 2015 and have over five years of experience in vascular imaging. I’m passionate about helping patients with chronic venous insufficiency and improving their leg comfort and circulation. I take pride in providing compassionate, comfortable care for every patient. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.
