Elite Vein Clinic provides three minimally invasive vein treatments. Each procedure is completed in-office in under an hour with no general anesthesia required.

Uses gentle heat through a thin catheter to close damaged veins from the inside. Takes about 20 minutes and is covered by most major insurance plans when medically necessary.

A specialized solution is injected into spider veins or smaller varicose veins, causing them to collapse and fade. Ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy is also available for deeper veins not visible on the surface.

An FDA-approved microfoam injection that treats varicose veins above and below the knee. No incisions, no heat, and no general anesthesia required.
According to data, approximately 24% of adults in the United States have visible varicose veins, and 6% show signs of advanced chronic venous disease. Applied to Higley’s population of approximately 28,000, that means roughly 6,720 residents may have visible varicose veins and approximately 1,680 could be living with advanced venous disease without treatment.
The Higley area sits at the intersection of Gilbert and Queen Creek, where suburban growth has brought a mix of young families and established homeowners. Many residents commute to employment centers in Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix, spending significant time seated in vehicles. Others work in agriculture, equestrian operations, and local trades that involve standing and physical labor throughout the day. These lifestyle patterns, paired with the Maricopa County heat that causes veins to expand, increase the likelihood of developing varicose veins. If you notice aching, swelling, or visible veins, scheduling a free evaluation is a smart first step.

Recovery from modern varicose vein treatments is minimal. Most patients walk out of the clinic immediately after the procedure and return to normal daily activities the same day. You may be asked to wear compression stockings for a short period and avoid strenuous exercise for a few days. Most patients return to work within 24 hours.
Treated varicose veins do not return once they are closed. However, new varicose veins can develop in other locations over time due to genetics, aging, or lifestyle factors. Regular follow-up evaluations and healthy habits like staying active and wearing compression stockings when recommended can help reduce the risk of new veins forming.
Untreated varicose veins can worsen over time and lead to complications including chronic leg pain, swelling, skin discoloration near the ankles, venous ulcers, and in severe cases, blood clots. Early treatment is the most effective way to prevent these complications and relieve symptoms. A free vein evaluation can help you understand the severity of your condition.
Endovenous laser treatment is a minimally invasive procedure that uses laser energy to seal damaged veins from the inside. A thin fiber is inserted into the affected vein, and laser heat closes the vein permanently. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia in about 30 minutes. Patients walk immediately after and return to normal activities the same day.
No referral is needed. Higley residents can call or book online to schedule a free vein evaluation directly. The clinic accepts most major insurance plans and will verify your coverage before your first appointment.
