Dr. Nima Azarbehi, our leading physician, is certified in phlebology with American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. He has personally performed over a 1000+ successful procedures. He also has years of experience including chronic complicated conditions, urgent and emergency care, hospital medicine, dermatology, gastroenterology with endoscopy, rheumatology, pediatrics, newborn and obstetrics, aesthetics, office procedures, allergy management and treatment, cardiopulmonary management and intensive care management in hospital setting.

Dr. Karem Colindres

Vein Specialist

Dr. Karem Colindres brings unmatched versatility and dedication to every patient encounter. With a medical career that began in 2007, she completed her pediatric residency at the prestigious University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital, followed by an elite fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Her training also included extensive adult trauma and emergency rotations at Saint Joseph’s Trauma Center and Valleywise (formerly Maricopa County), making her uniquely skilled in both pediatric and adult emergency care.

From her years as a frontline attending at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center to her more recent roles in aesthetic, occupational, and concierge medicine, Dr. Colindres has consistently delivered high-quality, compassionate care. Whether managing complex workplace injuries, performing advanced urgent care procedures, or personalizing beauty and wellness treatments, she prioritizes both precision and patient comfort.

Her reputation is backed by strong endorsements from leading physicians, including the former Chief of Pediatric Emergency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Known for her warm bedside manner, Dr. Colindres combines advanced medical skills with a deep understanding of individualized care, making her a trusted provider for patients from all walks of life.

Stephanie Morgando

MAS, FNP-BC

After graduating with honors from Georgetown University in 2013, Stephanie had the opportunity to work alongside Mayo Clinic Trained Interventionalists, gaining knowledge and expertise in the vascular realm.

Over the last ten years, she has evaluated, diagnosed, and managed thousands of patients with venous disease, and has been performing various procedures relating to venous disease from ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy injections to venous ablations.

She strives to provide the highest level of caring and compassionate evidence-based care to her patients and loves seeing the significant benefits and improvements in quality of life for patients after treatments for venous insufficiency.

Dominique Lekander

MSN, FNP-C

Dominique is dedicated to providing expert patient care. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and an honors Master’s from Grand Canyon University, she brings nearly a decade of clinical experience to her practice.

During her advanced preceptorship at Mayo Clinic, Dominique developed a passion for treating venous disease and supporting patients. Her commitment to excellence and patient care has earned her multiple DAISY Award nominations.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active, baking, and spending time with her husband and their two goldendoodles.

Sabrina Durazo, RVS

Vascular Ultrasound Technician

Sabrina has been working as a vascular specialist since 2017. She graduated from Arizona Heart Foundation School of Ultrasound.

She joined the team at Elite Vein Clinic to help patients with chronic venous insufficiency and improve patients’ quality of life.

Sabrina is determined to give patients the best medical care possible and thoroughly enjoys seeing patients for their pre-op and post-op care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Jessica Moody

Nurse

Jessica has been a registered nurse since 2010 and has been focused on aesthetics since 2017. She has performed hundreds of spider vein treatments using sclerotherapy and thermolysis treatment that treats the delicate surface of spider veins that are typically not treatable by sclerotherapy.

In her free time, Jessica enjoyed spending time with her three children and husband. She can’t wait to eliminate any embarrassment in your legs.
